Stephanie Lewis, FC: Ashley Tisdale , 16, Sophmore, OPEN (fc is negotiable)
PROGRAM: Academic: English
Stephanie has always come across as perfect. To her parents, teachers and most adults Stephanie seems to be the ideal kid, top grades, class president, and incredibly popular. But her friends know otherwise. She is far from the straight laced girl that everyone thinks she is. She goes out almost every night partying, drinking, doing drugs. Stephanie likes to have fun no matter what the cost. Most people would wonder how she keeps up appearances but really she is simply lucky, she has always been a super fast reader and absorbs information almost immediately. Her intelligence has given her the opportunity to live the way she wants without any real consequences.
Stephanie did not end up at Venus Cove by choice. Her parents thinking that she needed a bigger challenge sent in an application for her, believing that the school might look better on a college application than the one she currently attended. Upon her acceptance Stephanie threw a fit, not wanting to leave her friends and the perfect situation she had achieved behind. Her parents forced her to go anyway saying that she needed the challenge and could do even better. But will Stephanie be forced to change her ways and start studying or will she find a place at Venus Cove and start her perfect routine all over again.
Cooper Lawrence, FC: Landon Liboiron , 16, Sophmore, OPEN (fc is negotiable)
PROGRAM: THEATER: ACTING
Cooper Lawrence has always been girl crazy. Even back in his toddler days he could be found chasing the girls playing kissing tag. His mind is always consumed by the girl he is dating or his next score. Due to his lack of attention his grades were never very good but he didn’t care since he never felt he was good at anything. Things changed though his freshman year when he locked eyes with a pretty brunette and decided he had to get with her. Rumor had it she was a Junior, spent most of her time in the theater department, and would only date the male lead of the musical. So Cooper had no choice but to sign up and try his luck. Alas he did not make the lead, not many freshman did, but he was given a solid role with several lines and a solo number. At first he planned on quitting but his mother was not about to let that happen and forced him to stay on. Soon enough musical rehearsals started and he fell in love with the craft forgetting all about the pretty brunette as he got lost in his character.
After his first musical Cooper became addicted joining several theater groups in his town and contributing to 4 more plays/musicals that year. Scoring himself many dates and even two brief girlfriends. Once summer rolled around the director of the production he had just finished came up to him with an application to Venus Cove insisting that he fill it out and try for a scholarship. Cooper was a little skeptical at first but applied anyway receiving a partial scholarship and a large push from his parents to go and follow his dreams.
